Not all network operators and service providers have mutual agreements on OpenNet’s platform.
If you are a customer of a provider and need help getting fiber or switching your provider at your address, you should contact your internet provider.
Your internet provider is in contact with the company that owns the fiber network and can help you find answers to your questions.

FAQ – Private individuals
Unfortunately, we cannot answer that, but your internet provider can send an inquiry regarding your address to its fibetnet owner on your behalf. You are therefore asked to contact your internet provider if you have any questions about your internet.
Even if your address is not currently available, it may well be at some point.
The fiber network owner installs the fiber connection, after which equipment from your internet provider is connected.
If you have problems with or questions about the installation, please contact your internet provider.
You must report the error to your internet provider, who will then contact their fiber network owner for error correction.
